shipcloud supports you from Germany in the EU-wide shipping of your DPD (iloxx) parcels via your own DPD (iloxx) contract, which you can already integrate in shipcloud from our Professional subscription.

Check your access data for DPD iloxx
For shipping with DPD (iloxx) you need your own contract, which you can easily use with shipcloud. For your DPD (iloxx) configuration you need the following access data:
MyDPD Business customer number*
| Customer number of your DPD (iloxx) account |
MyDPD Business token*
| 7-digit DPD (iloxx) token |
You can find your 7-digit token in your myDPD web portal under the menu item "My account" >> "Links" >> "DPD". It is important that the token is assigned to the iloxx connection and not to the DPD Cloud Webservice. If in doubt, please contact DPD at business@dpd.de to find out if your token is the correct one. You will find your customer number on the right side under your user name.
Contact shipcloud support and get your DPD iloxx configuration activated
Contact our support team via email at support@shipcloud.io so that we can unlock your own DPD iloxx configuration. Since we provide our customers with 2 different DPD connections, DPD Web Connect and DPD iloxx, please explicitly mention the activation for DPD iloxx in your request. Store access data in your shipcloud account
You can easily store your DPD (iloxx) contract data in your shipcloud account and thus ship at your individually agreed rates and conditions with the carrier.
After our support team has activated your own DPD iloxx configuration, you will receive a confirmation email from us and you will then find your configuration in your shipcloud account unde r"Configurations" >> "Carriers" >> "iloxx (MyDPD Business)". Deposit and save your access data for DPD (iloxx) there.

Shipping conditions and billing
After successful configuration, you automatically ship at your own DPD (iloxx) business rates. Your individual agreements will then apply with regard to, among other things:
your transport insurance,
the (regular) pickup / drop-off at DPD Pickup parcelshops,
your EU-wide shipping.
📌 Please note that shipcloud will not be able to show you any prices for DPD (iloxx), as our system does not have access to this part of your contract. You can view your shipping conditions in your myDPD account or request them from DPD.
You will be billed directly by DPD (iloxx) for your shipping labels. You will only receive a monthly invoice from shipcloud for the use of our service (basic and transaction fees) and for the shipping labels created at shipcloud's business rates with other carriers.
Important information on the creation of shipping labels
When creating your shipping labels, please make absolutely sure that you do not select the carrier DPD. Always select "iloxx (MyDPD Business)" so that your own business rates and shipping conditions are applied when creating shipping labels.
Otherwise, you will generate DPD shipping labels via shipcloud business rates and we will have to charge them. Upon shipment, we are also charged for these labels by DPD, so we cannot credit you for them afterwards.
Good to know: If you have accidentally selected DPD instead of iloxx (MyDPD Business) while creating the shipment and thus havecreated your DPD shipping label via shipcloud business rates, you can cancel it on the same day via the shipcloud WebUI or via API/plugin. After that, a cancellation is no longer possible and the shipping labels will be charged. Further information can also be found here.
