If you create your DPD packages on our terms, we have put together the most important information here. Please note that our full range is currently only available for shipping from Germany.

Liability Limit

By shipping over our conditions the defined liability regulations of the respective carrier apply. In the case of DPD, the liability for national and international shipping in case of loss or damage is a maximum of EUR 520.

Please pay attention to the conditions of carriage of DPD. If these are not fulfilled, your liability claim will be canceled if necessary. Further information on this topic can be found directly in the terms and conditions of DPD.

With shipcloud, you can easily create your DPD return labels yourself and put them in the package as a supplement or you can grant your customers access to our Return Portal, where they can request and print the labels themselves. Billing for these labels is usage-based.

Via the Return Portal only national return labels can be created. By using the API or the WebUI, return labels can be produced for both national and following countries: Austria, Netherlands and Belgium.
