PARCEL.ONE: Shipping via your own carrier contract

Shipcloud supports you with the international shipping of your PARCEL.ONE parcels from Germany via your own PARCEL.ONE contract, which you can already integrate in Shipcloud from our Professional subscription.

Integrated shipping methods, additional services and label formats for PARCEL.ONE

For your PARCEL.ONE shipping with your own contract, the following shipping methods, additional services and label formats are available.

Integrated shipping methods*

PARCEL.ONE Parcel

Service for international parcel shipping (Eco, Basic, Plus)

To book PARCEL.ONE Parcel in the Shipcloud webUI, select "Standard" as service and "Parcel" as package type.

To book PARCEL.ONE Parcel via API request, transmit "standard" as service and "parcel" as package type.

PARCEL.ONE Letter

Service for international mail shipping incl. tracking (Eco, Basic, Plus)

To book PARCEL.ONE Letter l in the Shipcloud webUI, select "Standard" as service and "Merchandize Shipment" as package type.

To book PARCEL.ONE Parcel via API request, transmit "standard" as service and "parcel_letter" as package type.

PARCEL.ONE re.PARCEL

Service for returns from BE, DE, DK, FI, FR, IT, NL, SE, ES, AT

To book PARCEL.ONE re.PARCEL in the Shipcloud webUI, generate a return label for your already created shipping label.

To book PARCEL.ONE re.PARCEL via API request, transmit "returns" as service and "parcel" as package type.

Integrated additional services*

Tracking

Multi-carrier tracking solution including individual and multilingual tracking page and emails in your own shop design. For more information about this feature and the benefits, please visit our website.

Simplified customs declaration

(CN23)

With Shipcloud you can also create a customs declaration (CN22/CN23) for your dutiable shipment together with your PARCEL.ONE shipping label.

*This information applies to shipping from Germany. If you want to ship from Austria with your own PARCEL.ONE contract, this is also possible. In this case, please contact our Sales Team via email to sales@shipcloud.io.

Available label formats

The shipping label is generated in PDF DIN A5 or A6 format. You can define the shipping label format in the Shipcloud webUI under the menu item "Configurations" >> "Label configurations" or define via API request. The customs declaration, on the other hand, is always created in DIN A4 format.

How to use your PARCEL.ONE contract with Shipcloud

Check your access data

For shipping with PARCEL.ONE you need your own contract, which you can easily integrate in Shipcloud. For your PARCEL.ONE configuration you need the following access data:

Username

Password

Consigner ID

Mandator (/customer) ID

You will receive the corresponding data from your PARCEL.ONE account manager.

Store access data in your Shipcloud account

You can easily store your PARCEL.ONE contract data in your Shipcloud account and thus ship at your individually agreed rates and conditions with the carrier.

Based on the time of your registration at Shipcloud, we provide you below with further information on how to store your PARCEL.ONE access data in the Shipcloud webUI.



Registration from August 2, 2022

How to store your contract data for PARCEL.ONE

Log in to your Shipcloud account resp. to the Shipcloud webUI and select the menu item "Carriers" in the navigation bar on the left.

Under "Active carriers", click on the blue contract icon on the left next to PARCEL.ONE to store the access data from your PARCEL.ONE account in your Shipcloud configuration and, if necessary, to make further settings.



Click on the green "Save & activate" button on the right so that your changes are applied and your own business rates are applied when you are creating your shipping labels.

📌 Please note that previously saved data will be overwritten and you will ship using your own business rates after successful activation.

Registration before August 2, 2022

How to store your contract data for PARCEL.ONE

If you have registered with Shipcloud before August 2, 2022, please contact our support team first and we will activate your own configuration for PARCEL.ONE.

After activation, you will receive a confirmation email from us and you will then find your configuration in your Shipcloud account under "Configurations" >> "Carriers" >> "PARCEL.ONE". Deposit and save your access data for PARCEL.ONE there.



Shipping conditions and billing

After successful configuration, you automatically ship at your own PARCEL.ONE business rates. Your individual agreements will then apply with regard to, among other things:

  • Transport insurance,

  • The (regular) pick-up / drop-off at parcel shops,

  • Worldwide / international shipping, also outside the EU,

📌 Please note that Shipcloud is not able to show you any prices for PARCEL.ONE, as our system does not have access to this part of your contract. You can request them from your PARCEL.ONE account manager.

You will be billed directly by PARCEL.ONE for your shipping labels. You will only receive a monthly invoice from Shipcloud for the use of our service (basic and transaction fees) and for the shipping labels created at Shipcloud's business rates with other carriers.

Shipping to a non-EU country

Please remember the necessary customs documents when shipping to countries subject to customs duties. For your dutiable shipments, you can also create a simplified customs declaration (CN23) via the Shipcloud webUI or via API request together with your PARCEL.ONE shipping label.
