With Shipcloud you can create return shipping labels for the following carriers: DHL, DPD, UPS, GLS and Hermes. Please note that you can only create GLS and Hermes return labels via your own carrier contracts. In addition, Hermes return labels are not available via the Hermes ProfiPaketService. DHL, DPD and UPS return labels, on the other hand, can be created via Shipcloud or your own business rates as.

You can create return labels either directly via our interface (API), via Shipcloud webUI or via our Return Portal. In the Shipcloud webUI you can create a return shipping label by calling up the original shipping label via the menu item "Shipments" using the blue magnifying glass button. In the detailed view of the shipping label, you can select the desired carrier and enter a reference number, which is then displayed on the returns label. By clicking on the "Create shipping label for return" button you can now create the returns label.

How and if the creation works in your used shop/ERP or merchandise management system can be checked directly with the manufacturer of your plug-in or system.
