Shipping conditions and billing

After successful configuration, you automatically ship at your own Deutsche Post business rates.

📌 Please note that shipcloud will not be able to show you any prices for Deutsche Post, as our system does not have access to this part of your contract. You can view your shipping conditions in your Deutsche Post account or request them from your account manager.

You will be billed directly by Deutsche Post for your shipping labels. You will only receive a monthly invoice from shipcloud for the use of our service (basic and transaction fees) and for the shipping labels created at shipcloud's business rates with other carriers.

Integrated shipping methods

After the activation you can create shipping labels for the following Deutsche Post products:

  • Letter mail (Standard, Kompakt, Groß, Maxi)*

  • Book and merchandise shipments (500 or 1000 g)*

If you want to send small-format goods via Warenpost with shipcloud, you can find more information in our article "DHL: overview of the connection with shipcloud".
