With shipcloud you can create return labels for the following carriers:
DHL, DPD, UPS, GLS and Hermes.

Please note that you can only generate Hermes return labels if you have an own contract with this carrier. Furthermore, these are not available through the Hermes ProfiPaketService. For more information about Hermes returns, please contact your Hermes account manager.

DHL, DPD, UPS and GLS return labels, on the other hand, can be created through both our business rates and your own.

You can create return labels either directly via our interface (API), via the shipcloud WebUI or via our Return Portal.

In the WebUI, you can create a return label by calling up the original shipping label under "Shipments" and then clicking on the blue magnifying glass button. The detailed window of the shipping label then opens and you can click on the "Create returns label" button at the top. Then select the carrier you want to perform the return and create the return label as usual by using the green "Book shipment" button.

If and how the creation works in your shop backend, you will have to ask the support of the producer of the plugin or of your shop system.

If you are interested in using our Return Portal, feel free to contact us at support@shipcloud.io.

More information about the shipcloud Return Portal and the right configuration can be found here.
