With shipcloud you can create return labels for the following carriers:
DHL, DPD, UPS, GLS and Hermes.

Please note that you can only generate GLS and Hermes return labels if you have an own contract with these carriers. Furthermore, Hermes return labels are not available through the Hermes ProfiPaketService. For more information about Hermes returns, please contact your Hermes account manager.

DHL, DPD, and UPS return labels, on the other hand, can be created through both our business rates and your own.

You can create return labels either directly via our interface (API), via the shipcloud WebUI or via our Return Portal.

In the WebUI, you can create a return shipping label by calling up the original shipping label via the menu item >>Shipments using the blue magnifying glass button. In the detailed view of the shipping label, click on the button "Create returns label" at the top to select the carrier you want to use for the return and to enter a reference number that will then be displayed on the return label. Via the green button "Create shipment" you can now create the returns label.

You can find out if and how the creation works in your store backend from the manufacturer of your plug-in or shop system.

If you are interested in using our returns portal or have any questions regarding the use of our returns portal, feel free to contact our support team. In advance you can also find more information here.
