If you order the pickup via your Shipcloud webUI, the address which you have entered as your sender's address will be used as the address for the pickup.
Please check in your Shipcloud connection (plugin or integration) whether you have the option of entering a pickup address in your backend. If so, this means that you can also order the pickups directly from your shop or ERP backend. In this case, the address entered in your backend will be used as the pickup address.
You can also send us any pickup address directly via API request. You can find more information on our Developer Portal.
