This carrier is available to you from our Professional subscription.

If you would like to integrate your own contract with Cargo International in shipcloud, we will gladly activate the configuration for you. Just write us an email at After activation, the carrier will be displayed in the shipcloud WebUI under Configurations -> Carriers -> Cargo International.

Through the activation, you can send on your terms.
In this case, your individually agreed conditions apply regarding transport insurance and shipping conditions.

You need the following data for the configuration

  • Customer number: Cargo International Benutzer-ID

  • Password: Cargo International API Token

Please enter here your "Userid" as well as your "API Password" of Cargo International. This data can be found directly in your account at Cargo International under "Settings" -> "API Key".


  • Shipping note by mail

Here you can decide whether you would like to receive the dispatch note as well as the order confirmation once more after the creation of the label, to the e-mail address deposited at Cargo International. If you wish so, please select "On" in the configuration. In this case please also put the checkmark in your Cargo International account in the notification settings "Your shipping slip no.".

Important information for pick-up and packing

Upon creation of the shipping order, we automatically book a pick-up for your shipment for the following working day between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. You can also view the pick-up date and time period after creating the shipping label on the shipment detail page in your shipcloud WebUI. Please make sure that at the time of collection the shipment is sufficiently packed for a pallet shipment. Helpful packing tips for packing one-way or Euro pallets can be found directly at Cargo International:

Information about billing:

After successful configuration you automatically send to your own Cargo International conditions. Please note that shipcloud can not show you any prices for this carrier as our system has no access to this part of your contract. You can see your shipping rates in your Cargo International account.

Your Cargo International shipping labels will be billed to you by Cargo International. From shipcloud you receive a monthly invoice for the use of the service as well as the shipping labels created on shipcloud conditions.
