If the UPS pickup you booked through Shipcloud did not occur, you have the option to arrange a new pickup.
The arrangement is done directly on the UPS website without the need to log in to UPS.
Please click on "Shipping" in the top menu bar, then select "Schedule a Pickup" to go to the pickup page on the UPS website.
To book the pickup correctly, we have created a step-by-step guide for you.
Step-by-Step guide
In this field, please indicate whether you already have shipping labels and which tracking numbers are affected. Please enter at least one tracking* number in the field for control numbers to ensure the pickup is free of charge. You can enter up to a maximum of 30 tracking numbers for which a pickup can be scheduled.
*Note: A free pickup only applies to shipments booked under Shipcloud conditions. If the shipment was booked through your own UPS contract, fees may apply. If this is the case, you will see a notification.
In this field, please enter the pickup information. Enter the pickup address here. Please ensure that you correctly fill out all 5 required fields (marked with a *).
Once you have correctly filled out the first two fields, the previously greyed-out third field will become available to you. Please enter the exact number of shipments to be picked up and the total weight of all shipments* here. Additionally, please select the service for your shipments. (Note: multiple selections are possible here.)
*Note: Please note that if the total number or total weight of the packages is not correct, UPS may not be able to take the packages due to space constraints.
Once you have filled out the third field correctly, the previously greyed-out fourth field will become available to you. You must now enter the pickup date and the pickup time window. Additionally, you can specify a preferred pickup location and/or provide special instructions to facilitate the pickup for the collector.
Note: The pickup time window must be at least 2 hours.
Tip: The larger the time window you specify, the higher the likelihood of a successful pickup.
In the "Your Email Address"-field, you can provide an email address to receive a confirmation of the pickup order from UPS. Then click on "Next".
Note: Once you enter an email address, you must also provide text that will be included in the email.
Click on "Next" after that.
You will then be redirected to an overview page. There you can check your details again and edit them if necessary. If there is a charge for this pick-up, you will find a note about it here.
If all the details are correct, please scroll to the bottom of the page and then click on Continue to finalize the booking.
Important: If you did not enter an e-mail address in the previous step, we recommend that you copy and save the pick-up order number. This will allow you to track the status afterwards.
How can I track the status of my collection order?
On the UPS website under Schedule a Parcel Collection you will find the option Collection Status.
2. When you enter the UPS pickup order number and click Submit, the status* will be displayed.
