DHL service for national DHL Standard shipments with priority handling from the delivery base and delivery usually on the next working day. You can only use this service via your own DHL account.

DHL service for small-format and lightweight international shipments. You can only use this service via your own DHL account.

DHL service for non-machineable national and international shipments outside the standard dimensions or with special packaging shapes, features or materials. You can only use this service via your own DHL account.

Flexible drop-off of your DHL shipments at DHL parcel shops and postal outlets as well as your Warenpost shipments to postal outlets (only). You can use this additional service via Shipcloud business rates or, depending on your individual agreement, also via your own DHL account.

Ship your DHL shipments to DHL parcel shops, postal outlets and Packstations near your recipients' homes or workplaces for greater flexibility in pickup. You can use this additional service via Shipcloud business rates or via your own DHL account.

Transparent delivery through advance notice of the expected delivery time of your DHL Standard shipments and further notifications via email such as for pickup and storage period in DHL parcel shops and post outlets. Higher insurance against loss and damage to your national and international DHL shipments beyond the usual DHL liability limits. You can only use this additional service via your own DHL account.

DHL takes over the cash on delivery payment process by collecting the invoice amount for your goods from the recipient directly upon delivery of your national DHL shipments. You can only use this additional service via your own DHL account.

Service for undeliverable DHL Paket International shipments with which you can determine in advance whether your parcel should be returned to you at a charge or whether you should hand over your shipment to DHL for destruction/auction on site. You can only use this additional service via your own DHL account.

Cost-effective delivery of international DHL Standard (DHL Paket International) shipments, to selected EU receiving countries, to a Droppoint (parcel shop, parcellocker or similar drop-off facility).

With this service, your national DHL Standard and Warenpost shipments are deposited at the nearest DHL branch in the event of undeliverability and held there for pickup for seven working days. If you also provide the recipient's email address, he or she will be informed by email about the redirection of the shipment. You can only use this additional service via your own DHL account.

Individual delivery for your national DHL Standard, Prio and Warenpost shipments to a desired location on your recipient's property. With this delivery option, your recipient automatically grants DHL a drop-off permit, which excludes any liability for loss or damage on the part of DHL after delivery to the drop-off location. You can only use this additional service via your own DHL account.

Discreet delivery of your national DHL Standard and Prio shipments to the recipient without substitute delivery to the neighbor if your customer is not present at the time of delivery. The shipment will be held ready for your customer to pick up at a DHL postal outlet or Packstation. You can only use this additional service via your own DHL account.

Individual delivery of your national DHL Standard, Prio and Warenpost shipments to a to a preferred neighbor in the direct environment of your recipient. You can only use this additional service via your own DHL account.

Individual delivery of your national DHL Standard shipments on a working day (Mon-Sat) selected by you or your recipient. You can only use this additional service via your own DHL account.

Fast shipment of DHL Paket International shipments by the next possible flight or truck to the destination including preferential treatment in the destination country. You can only use this additional service via your own DHL account.

For DHL, the following label formats are currently available for shipping. Please note that the label formats may vary depending on the DHL service booked and that DHL generally does not allow you to integrate your own company logo on the shipping labels.
