You can let us notify your customers automatically by email, if the parcel has a new status. Therefor it is mandatory to specify the email address of the customer when creating the shipping label.

Of course, you can also provide your customers with the tracking numbers of the carriers so they can track their parcels on the carrier's shipping tracking websites directly.
