How can I track a parcel?

As the parcel shipper, you can check the status of a shipment with the carrier's tracking ID or the Shipcloud shipment ID via the Shipcloud webUI under the menu item "Shipments"

In addition, you can have notification emails sent to you and your customers with the new tracking status. How to do this is explained here.
