The contract period for all Shipcloud subscriptions is one month. It starts after you have entered your payment data. You may cancel your pricing plan at the end of the monthly contractual period. If you want to upgrade or downgrade your pricing plan, please note that special rules apply.
You can easily cancel your subscription yourself in your Shipcloud webUI under "Billing".
You can also cancel your subscription by sending an informal email to support@shipcloud.io. Please make sure that you send the cancellation from the email address you used to login at Shipcloud.
