Grow: 3 months
Pro: 6 months
Enterprise: 12 months
The contract term begins as soon as you activate your subscription and enter your payment details. You can cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the applicable contract term.
If you wish to cancel your subscription you'll be able do it yourself in your Shipcloud account under "Billing" easily.
You can also cancel your subscription by sending an informal email to support@shipcloud.com Please make sure that you send the cancellation from the email address you used to login at Shipcloud.
