When shipping via your own business rates, you continue to ship with the corresponding carrier at your individually agreed terms and conditions - so your contractual relationship with the carrier remains in place.
In this case, shipcloud merely provides you with the interface.
Thus, in case of loss, damage or general shipping complaints, please always contact the respective carrier directly.
