Step 1: Choose your subscription and activate your account

Here’s how to successfully register with Shipcloud and activate your account.

How it works:

1. Choose the right subscription

Select one of our subscription plans based on your expected monthly shipping volume. Also, consider which shipping providers you want to use and under what conditions you wish to send your shipments.

Good to know: Accepting our Terms and Conditions (T&Cs), the Data Processing Agreement, and our Privacy Policy is required to complete your registration with Shipcloud.

After entering your details, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Please click on the confirmation link in the email to activate your account.

2. Activate your account

Now, you can log in using the credentials you created.

After registration, please provide your billing address.

Next, you can enter your payment details. Currently, we accept credit card payments (MasterCard and Visa) as well as PayPal.

If you choose PayPal as your payment method, click on "Complete Subscription", which will redirect you to the PayPal login page.

Good to know: Payment details are required for all subscriptions to generate live shipping labels. Without this step, you can only create test labels.

That’s it! After entering your details, your Shipcloud subscription is successfully activated, and you can start generating shipping labels right away.
