This carrier is available to you from our Professional subscription.
If you want to integrate your own Seven Senders contract in shipcloud, we will gladly activate the configuration for you. Just write us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. After activation, Seven Senders will be displayed in the shipcloud WebUI under Configurations -> Carriers -> Seven Senders.
After the activation, you will send your parcels through your own rates. In this case, your individually agreed terms apply regarding:
- Your transport insurance
- The (regular) pick-up / drop-off in parcel shops
All you need to do is to enter your API key from Seven Senders into the configuration in your shipcloud account. You will receive the key from your Seven Senders contact person.
Information about billing:
After successfully configuring your own contract, you will always receive two invoices in the future: An invoice for the Seven Senders shipping labels and an invoice for the monthly shipcloud usage from us.
Please note that shipcloud cannot provide you with any prices when creating the labels, because our system does not have access to this part of your contract. The shipping prices can be requested from your Seven Senders contact person.
