This carrier is available to you from our Professional subscription.

If you want to integrate your own TNT contract in shipcloud, we will gladly activate the configuration for you. Just write us an email at support@shipcloud.io. After activation, TNT will be displayed in the shipcloud WebUI under Configurations -> Carriers -> TNT.

Through the activation, you can send on your terms. In this case, your individually agreements with TNT apply regarding:

  • Your transport insurance
  • The regular pickup
  • Worldwide / international shipping

You need the following data for the configuration

Your access data of the TNT ExpressConnect interface:

  • Username
  • Password
  • Account number

The access data for the TNT ExpressConnect interface must be requested at TNT. Please contact ebusiness@tnt.de, stating your customer number and your customer name. After the activation, you will receive the necessary data from TNT which you have to enter in your shipcloud WebUI.

Important information about the parcel pick-up

Please note that your TNT shipments created via shipcloud can currently only be sent by regular pick-up. You can either arrange this with your TNT depot or send the order directly to TNT when creating a label via the shipcloud API. For more information, see our Developer Portal.
