With your own GLS contract you can also ship internationally. Please note, however, that in this case you must hand over the corresponding Incoterms to us. More information can be found here.

When shipping to a non-EU country, please also remember the appropriate customs documents such as the pro forma or commercial invoice. As a customs and tax treatment of the packages and thus the delivery of the documents by shipcloud is currently not possible, you have to take care of the customs clearance yourself. Thus, please note the terms of GLS and contact GLS or the national Customs Agency if you have any questions or doubts.
