This carrier is available to you from our Professional subscription.

If you would like to integrate your own DHL Express contract in shipcloud, we will gladly activate a configuration for your account. Just write us an email at support@shipcloud.io. After activation, DHL Express will be displayed in the shipcloud WebUI under "Configurations" -> "Carriers" -> "DHL Express".

After configuration, you can send on your own rates. In this case, your individually agreements with DHL Express apply regarding:

  • transport insurance
  • the (regular) collection / delivery in parcel shops of shipments
  • worldwide / international shipping, also outside the EU

Please note that to use DHL Express with shipcloud, you need to have access to DHL Express Global Web Services, which you can get from your DHL Express Account Manager.

You must enter the following data with shipcloud:

  • Username & Password: Access Data for the "DHL Express Global Web Services"
  • DHL Express Account Number: Your DHL Account Number for Express. This consists of 9 digits and can be obtained from your DHL contact.

Parcel pickup and delivery in parcel shops:

At the moment your DHL Express shipments can only be dispatched by a regular pickup. If you have not yet arranged a pickup with DHL Express, then please contact your DHL support.

A sporadic pickup request via WebUI as well as the transfer of pickup times is currently not possible for DHL Express via shipcloud.

However, a pickup can be ordered when creating a shipment via the shipcloud API. For more information, visit our Developer Portal.

Return shipments with DHL Express:

DHL Express does not support returns via shipcloud. Alternatively you can create return labels with DHL Paket. More information can be found here.
