Costs can be calculated on different bases. For example the price of a shipment does not always depend on the actual weight (real weight), but partly on how much space it takes during transport. The volume weight or package size can also serve as a basis for calculation.

In the following list we have arranged the basis on which our shipcloud shipping prices are calculated.

If you have your own carrier accounts, other individual agreements may apply. In this case please contact your contact person at the respective carrier.

DPD

  • National: by weight and parcel dimensions (only for small parcels)
  • International: by volume weight if it exceeds the real weight

DPD, UPS & DHL Volume weight = length x width x height in cm / 5.000
