1. Branded tracking page and Email notifications
Match your tracking page and email notifications to your online shop’s design. Under "Settings >> Design", you can customise the appearance of your status emails and external tracking page. In the "Tracking" section, you can also personalise the text for your emails and tracking page.
You can customise the following elements:
Company logo
Color scheme
Notification text
Language

2. Shipping labels with your company logo
To display your company logo on shipping labels, upload it under "Settings >> Design" in your account.
Please note: Shipping labels generated via Shipcloud are currently available as PDF files in DIN A5 and DIN A6 formats. However, when creating a shipping label in DIN A6 format, it is currently not possible to integrate your company or merchant logo.
