All parcels shipped via Shipcloud business rates are insured nationally and internationally up to at least 500 EUR.

📌 However, please note that when shipping via our business rates, the specified liability provisions of the respective carrier apply and you must therefore comply with their terms of carriage. If these are not met, your liability claim may be void.

Good to know: In addition to the shipping label prices, our shipment quote in the Shipcloud webUI also shows you the amount of the transport insurance of the respective carrier.
